THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR COMMERCIAL USE. Once you have read through this manual thoroughly and under normal conditions use for the Aerator Body, we offer one year of product quality warranty starting from the date of purchase for defects not due to human factors. * THE TELESCOPING STAINLESS STEEL TUBE WITH FILTER IS CONSIDERED A CONSUMABLE SO PLEASE CONTACT YOUR AGENT / DISTRIBUTOR / RETAILER IN THE EVENT IT IS DAMAGED.

Product Warranty (USA Only)

Vinxper warrants that your Vinxper Electric Wine Aerator will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase. Vinxper will, at its option, repair or replace the product without charge upon receipt of proof of the date of purchase. If a replacement product is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement product may be new or reconditioned. If a replacement product is sent, it will carry a One Year Warranty from the date of shipment.  * THE TELESCOPING STAINLESS STEEL TUBE WITH FILTER IS CONSIDERED A CONSUMABLE, SO PLEASE CONTACT YOUR AGENT / DISTRIBUTOR / RETAILER IN THE EVENT IT IS DAMAGED.

This Warranty Does Not Cover Consequential or Incidental Damages Such as Property Damage and Does Not Cover Incidental Costs and Expenses Resulting from Any Breach of This Warranty, Even If Foreseeable. Some States or Provinces Do Not Allow the Exclusion or Limitations of Incidental or Consequential Damages, So the Above Limitation or Exclusion May Not Apply to You Depending on The State or Province of Purchase.
